Matua Raki recognises the need to research and evaluate not only the size and nature of the dedicated workforce to measure the growth of this workforce and its sector needs, but to also evaluate and forecast the sustainability of the work which Matua Raki supports.
Therefore the Matua Raki Research and Evaluation team will:
- Support all Matua Raki work/projects
- Establish, develop and maintain appropriate inter-sectoral relationships
- Undertake the second analysis of the National Telephone Survey (NAC)
- Continue the evaluation of workforce development planning models
- Develop and implement an evaluation process for the Takarangi Competencies
